Ash lights up the Edinburgh festival

Winterson’s actor Hamish Adams-Cairns is currently appearing in Ash at Zoo Venues in the Edinburgh festival. Based on a true story, the play explores the life of George Crozier and his journey from his first to his last cigarette. It’s a humorous and sensitive production set against a backdrop of the tobacco industry’s ever-changing advertisements.

Ash has received some fantastic reviews from across the industry press, making it a real highlight of the festival. We’ve listed a few below and congratulations to Hamish on what has been an extremely well received show and a true highlight of this year’s festival.
